How does the Padel Garden Wallet work?

1. Purchase and Confirmation:

Select the top-up amount that works for you, and pay online or in person at the front desk. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your purchase on webshop is complete.

2. Credit:

We'll add the bonus credit to the amount you paid and credit it to the digital wallet associated with your profile. We maintain your wallet and profile in the Playtomic system using the name and email address you provided at checkout.

• If you already have a Playtomic account associated with the email address you provided: The Padel Garden Wallet will automatically appear in your account, so you can check your balance at any time.
• If you don't want a Playtomic account: Your Padel Garden Wallet is still valid and can be used! You can check your current balance at the front desk or by contacting us at any time.

3. Usage:

Your balance It will be activated on March 1, 2027, and Within 4 months can be used. From that point on, when you pay on-site, we’ll deduct the cost of your reservation from it upon your request. If you book a court through the Playtomic app, you can specifically select your Padel Garden Wallet as your payment method. 

Good news: When you pay with the Padel Garden Wallet, Playtomic doesn't charge a processing fee, so you'll save on that, too!

Important Information:

• Activation and Validity: Balance credited by February 28, 2027 Valid starting March 1, 2027; validity period (4 or 6 months) It also begins at that time. After the expiration date, any unused balance expires and cannot be extended or refunded.
• Applications: You can use the balance in your Padel Garden Wallet exclusively for court reservations (not for equipment rentals or other products). You can also use your balance to pay for other players' reservations if you'd like. The amount deposited cannot be converted to cash.
• Transferability: You can transfer the balance in your Padel Garden Wallet to another person; upon your request, we will credit the amount to the profile of the person you designate. The transfer does not extend the original validity period and is only possible within that validity period. The transfer can only be initiated in person by the original owner at the Padel Garden reception desk, upon presentation of valid identification.
• Other discounts: The Padel Garden Wallet Cannot be combined with other discounts. During limited-time promotions, you can choose to pay the full ticket price using Walleted or opt for the discounted price using another payment method.
• Delivery: It's a fully digital wallet, so there are no shipping costs or physical deliveries.
• Salary: Secure online credit card payments when adding funds via webshopon.
• Place of use: Padel Garden – 1031 Budapest, Római part 28.
• Identity: To verify your ownership of the Wallet, we may ask to see your identification, so please have your ID card with you when paying in person.
• Data Processing: By purchasing the Padel Garden Wallet, you agree to have your personal information (name, email address, phone number) processed in the Playtomic system. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
• Terms and Conditions: For the detailed terms of use, please see the General Terms and Conditions you'll find it.
• Right of Withdrawal: If you change your mind, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase from webshopos. The right to cancel may only be exercised before you begin using the Wallet.
