How does the Track Pass work?

1. Purchase and Confirmation

After your purchase by email We will send you a confirmation email along with the pass downloadable PDFt, as required for use with a unique code (and with a QR code).

2. Pass Management

We keep track of season passes in the Playtomic system.
No later than Until March 1, 2026 we will create a Playtomic Wallet to the email address provided at the time of purchase, and we will credit it with the corresponding number of hours for the pass.

The Playtomic system automatically manages the hours that have been used and those that are still available.

• If you have a Playtomic account associated with the email address you provided, the pass will be automatically linked to it, so you can check your current number of available classes at any time.
• If you don’t want to create a Playtomic account, your pass is still valid and can be used regardless. In that case, you can check at the front desk or contact us at any time to find out how many hours are left on your pass.

3. Course Registration

Preliminary Reservations are required in all cases, whether you're here with a season pass or just for a casual game. Book a court

4. Using a Pass

A Ski Pass track rental to pay the full amount (For 4 players).

Important Information About the Track Pass

• A Track pass track rental the full price for settlement can be used.

Right of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds

If you have changed your mind and would like to return the pass you received or request an exchange, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the pass via email. You may exercise your right of withdrawal only before you begin using the pass.

When should you use it?

• If you ski regularly and want to save money on lift tickets.
• If you usually play with the same group of people.
• If your padel team finds it easier to handle payment all at once, that way, once you’ve taken care of it, the rest of the team won’t have to pay for the court separately.
