How does the Individual Pass work?

1. Purchase and Confirmation

After your purchase by email We will send you a confirmation email along with the pass downloadable PDFt, as required for use with a unique code (and with a QR code).

2. Pass Management

We keep track of season passes in the Playtomic system.
No later than Until March 1, 2026 we will create a Playtomic Wallet to the email address provided at the time of purchase, and we will credit it with the corresponding number of hours for the pass.

The Playtomic system automatically manages the hours that have been used and those that are still available.

• If you have a Playtomic account associated with the email address you provided, the pass will be automatically linked to it, so you can check your current number of available classes at any time.
• If you don’t want to create a Playtomic account, your pass is still valid and can be used regardless. In that case, you can check at the front desk or contact us at any time to find out how many hours are left on your pass.

3. Course Registration

Preliminary Reservations are required every time, whether you're here with a season pass or just for a casual game. Book a court

4. Using a Pass

Our Individual pass track rental one-fourth of the total price (For 1 out of 4 players).
The remaining three-quarters must be paid before using the track (in cash, by credit card, or with another individual pass).

The pass:

• You can redeem it by presenting the unique code when paying at the Padel Garden front desk, or
• You can also deduct the cost of a booking made through Playtomicon from your Playtomic Wallet, provided you have a registered account.

Important Information About Individual Passes

• Our Individual pass track rental one-fourth of the total price can be used.

Right of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds

If you have changed your mind and would like to return the pass you received or request an exchange, you must do so within within 14 days Please let us know. The right of withdrawal may only be exercised before you begin using the pass.
